The project includes:-
A building consisting of: a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, first floor, and roof.
What was implemented in the project:-
Breaking all the walls on the first floor.
Dismantling the glass facades.
Reinforcement work for the ceiling of the first floor.
Removal of bathroom units.
Conducting all necessary tests, including insulation, structural safety, testing the plaza area, etc.
Dismantling marble, grass, and lighting units on the roofs and terraces.
